    Good

Close to the city and transport. Quiet and fair price for Continental breakfast.

Small bathrooms. No extra pillows and no staff on to chase extras up. No space to put vanity bag whilst having showers.

Enjoyed my stay, though it was only for one night. Friendly staff (including receptionist and cleaning lady). Room small but very clean.

Would have been more helpfull had a micro oven been in the room.

Absolutely nothing, it was dirty, mould in bathroom, could not have a shower because the shower screen would not slide, it was the most disappointing night. The vertical drapes were falling off and we could not close them.

    Proximity to our conference venue.

We found it difficult to communicate with a receptionist who was advertised as being available in the office until 7pm but was unavailable every night. We contacted her by phone but it was hard to understand her. There was no microwave in our room and the shower door was unable to be opened. When we asked if it could be fixed, we were told the owner had not come in to fix it. We were also told we would get a discount for being Knowledge to Action clients. This did not happen either. We had to break the shower door down to be able to have a shower, then we were told we did not deserve a rebate for lack of showering facilites, as we had used the shower!! Eating breakfast outside was freezing.

Only it was near some shops and our hospital. But The qulity of hotel was very bad like as a motel.

Every things was in low qulity.

    Superb

The staff were very friendly and while the hotel itself is not luxurious, if you like olde world charm, then it is a very nice place to stay. Very handy for me as I was staying overnight for work. Breakfast was nice. A comfortable, homely hotel. Not the right hotel if you want all the mod-cons, but a homey and comfortable place extremely handy to all amenities.

The location was good for our purpose.

I would rate the quality of the accommodation more like a 2.5 - 3 star, except there is a phone and flat screen television. This is based on other places that I have stayed with a 3.5 star rating.

    Very good

The Deluxe Room was 'rustic', comfortable with an old look but very functional. The breakfast was good value, whilst not a hot cooked breakfast, all the essentials were provided. The hotel is opposite St Leonards Park which is nice for a walk and there is a selection of good pubs and restaurants within 5-15 minutes walk for a drink or meal. As I was in North Sydney for work, this place was ideal for my needs.

    Fabulous

    convenient for our needs.

Car parking inadequate, difficult to get into especially if others do not park correctly.

  • 7.4
    Very good

what i expected it was a place to stay for a couple of nights with a budget cost

the parking was not acceptable very cramped and myself and another relative was not able to park there no room left and we had to requester a refund as we had to park on the street and feed a parking meter until 11 pm

    Exceptional

I requested a roll out bed as a friend said she would come up to sydney to visit me ( I was from melbourne for the weekend and had booked as a solo traveller). The staff were fantasic, the roll out bed wouldnt fit but they put a thick mattress on the floor, all made up as a bed and it was perfect. Very comfortable to sleep on and we stood it up against the wall when it wasnt needed and had ample room. The main reason I booked with you was the cost and you were close to the city. It was nice to find a park over the road and pub on the corner.(PS: I didnt read any guest reviews so cant answer the question below)
