Perfect spot for families!
We had a fab stay here for 4 nights! The room was spacious and comfy. It had a fridge and hot plates which was super handy. Only wish the shower’s plug wasn’t so stinky. Great coffee options nearby and the park across the street was perfect for the kids to play!

missingWrote a review on Nov 01room qualitywelcome gift
the room reeked of something terrible, it was an absolute disgrace. I also expected a welcome gift for choosing this venue, but alas, nothing. On top of that, the old tv was a tragedy. i almost thought I’d leave a positive review, but just couldn’t, as these issues are quite disappointing to say the least.

The gardens are lovely and quite blooming.
My stay was marred by poor service and unpleasant room conditions. The noise from the air conditioning and surrounding rooms made it extremely difficult to sleep. there were cleanliness issues, including sticky carpets and a lack of maintenance with broken fixtures.

The room was ready upon my arrival, even though I got there before check-in time. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. My room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including free coffee and tea. It’s also located right next to convenient transport options with buses that can take you into the city or to nearby attractions like the beautiful Sydney Harbour.
Limited parking options.

The beef dishes at Simple & Irresistible Kitchen were a knockout! the bed in my Superior Room was super comfy, and with a clean vibe, it made for a cozy stay.
There was a distinct lack of info on check-out procedures and local dining spots, which would've been solid gold for finding the nearest eateries—1.3km is a trek!
